This was a horrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place. They are unorganized and NEVER keep you up to date with your case, it’s better looking somewhere else. They withdraw from my case after I got all my health issued and never informed me about the withdraw. They should have advise me if this wasn’t a good case to fight , I just wasted my time and money on them, for them to withdraw at the end. Don’t trust them , like I said they are very unorganized and they will NOT UPDATE YOU WITH YOUR CASE.

After our original parallegal left, our life and case got much better results. I have had nothing less than professional and honest results. They kept me abreast of all the changes and set my expectations. Thank you to all the staff at Hale Law Firm.

I am not pleased at all. First they promised me about 3 things they reneged in immediately. I had to do all the footwork on my medical bills totals. Then they wanted me to prolong my treatment so they could get more money. I felt I got nothing they promised they would do for me and than they wanted me to do all the work and wanted me to continue to get more and more treatment without a car , I was injured exhausted and fed up. They are sitting there with my check in their office waiting for a statement from medicaid that I got weeks ago. I don't get it. Not proactive at all. My sister-in-law got her check before Christmas it's March 15 and I'm giving them 33% for a headache and frustration.

Went to this place after getting hit by a drunk driver and they received more money from the insurance company than I did. I was fired a week before Christmas because I couldn't work while injured, they assured me they were going to fight for me but instead took the first lowball offer and told me it was the "best I'll get." The settlement wasn't even 25% of my yearly salary. They are constantly being re-staffed and I had to continuously be switched between " case managers." I never felt comfortable here and was treated like another number to them. I highly recommend doing your research and consider a different law firm, not one that takes more money than you and pushes you out the door after they get their check.

Please find a law firm that will return your phone calls and not give your case to a new manager every month. My family and I are disgusted with how they treated us. Every time we called asking to speak to the case manager, they were always "out of the office" and never got back to us. I regret trusting in them. Never again.

Great customer service always kept me updated and very friendly. They always try their best. I really recommend this place!

So far I'm not impressed. The customer service I've received has not been too great. Our case worker is rude and not too empathetic and it's very hard to reach our attorney to talk to him. They never do what they say they will. Especially when they say they'll contact me. Never happens. The communication is awful. They never keep us updated with our case, I always have to call to check on the progress.

I'm so glad I have Hale Injury in my corner. They have been so good to me. I'm well kept in the loop as to what's going on in my case everybody involved with them have treated me with the up most respect. Stay far away from this attorney. Very poor customer service and very unethical. Just so you are aware they will take there percentage off your total settlement. With that being said they will take there 33.3 percent off your medical payments. Then they will pay medical bills With the remaining balance.

I would stay far away and find a attorney that takes there percentage after your bills are all paid. Also they will make decision with your money without you being notified.

They should receive a zero for a ratting.

If i could rate this a 0/5 stars I would. Hale Injury Law has been the worst thing that's happened to me. Trying to get in contact with them is a hassle and trying to get information out of them is even more of an hassle. They'll tell you that they'll call you back and never do to get back to you on questions you really need answers to. I got into a car accident around July 2016 and since then my case has made no progress. Even though the other person was put at fault for the accident Hale Injury Law has yet to actually fight for my case. I had a sit down with one of the attorneys before I signed with them and he told me that he would at least try but he couldn't make any promises, which is totally understandable. But one thing I can't understand is why you're telling me you're going to try to fight for something and in reality you sit back and tell me "there's basically no case and there's nothing we can do at this point." I've never been so disappointed with a company before and I never wanted this to become such a headache. After firing my old attorney and trusting Hale Injury Law with my case to at least give me closure they've yet again let me down. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMMEND THEM FOR YOUR CASE. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT WHAT YOU HAVE GOING ON AND WHAT YOURE GOING THROUGH. Even when they know all of the information, like me not being at fault for the accident and still not getting paid for my physical therapy treatments, they still do nothing.

This has been the worst experience. I met with someone at my home said they would take my case pro bono ( car repair) due to an accident my daughter had. This guy was wonderful or so i thought. My daughter decided that she would change attorneys and also have them take over her medical case. The other party was ticketed due to running a red light....for months the other insurance company (liberty) denied accountability. We called at least 10 times to find out what was going on. Never received a call back. They finally told us liberty denied accountability..be aware this happened in July and this in now December. They told me well there is nothing else we can do. I asked how is it that the driver got a ticket and placed at fault and they dont have to fix my car. To my astonishment he said "did they get a ticket?" are you serious? After all these months you dont know this. I told him to read the report while i was on the phone. A few minutes goes by and he said "oh they did get the ticket. And has your daughter been discharged from treatment? Umm yes two months ago i said. He says oh we didnt know. I will forward this to an attorney and we will call you back" a month later no still no reply. Live and learn check references before you sign. They are just inadequate...choose another attorney that will probably be the best thing you could do for your case!!! I will tell every person and every social media outlet how inadequate they really are. If you had good service you are just plane lucky because my luck ran out the first time i let them in my house to talk about my case!!!!!#findanotherattorneyotherthanthesepeople#

Even though I had experienced minor problems in the past with my shoulder, After being Jolted from impact it had worsened, I realized this the next morning when I woke up with stiffness and pain in my neck, shoulder and back. On my way to work in December, 2014 I was involved in 4-car automobile accident which was not my fault. This accident caused significant damage to my lower back which needed immediate attention.

Not only did Leila and her team quickly get me into a rental car and started the repair process on my vehicle but they also found me a very good chiropractor near my work to make my treatment go as easy as possible.

Given the nature of my injury, I was referred to a spinal surgeon and a pain management doctor who worked together on a specialized treatment program which allowed me to avoid surgery and relive the majority of the daily pain I was feeling.
