My experience was not awesome. My totaled car bill was not taken care of.

They really take care of their clients. I greatly appreciated the calls from them just to ask how we as a family were doing while my husband was recovering from the accident. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

They were so polite and got everything done so fast. I literally had to worry about nothing. I would reclined them to everybody. Thank you guys so much.

My son was in a car accident. We called the Law Firm looking for help. We were told by one of the associates who came to my house that he's not hurt we can't help. You look for a lawyer to help you with an accident case that was not your fault only to be told we can't make any money if you are not hurt. He also proceeded to tell us that nobody would take our case because they won't make money if he's not injured.

I feel as if they took my money and took advantage of me. I could have got back a lot more money it was like they kept me on a tight leash for so long then when the insurance company wanted to settle they gave up. They virtually took the first offer so I'm not even sure what I paid them for and they walked away with thousands of dollars and I didn't even have enough purchase a decent car to drive around in. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone ever

Dont ever go to this law firm!!! The man showed up at my home, looked at the damage on my car which that did appear to be too bad and said " I cant help you, you dont have damage to your vehicle" who than placed 2 pens on my table, asked no other questions and left abruptly. My girlfriend and and I were in a rear end car accident at a traffic light. Her and I did receive neck and back injuries. I'm pretty upset that this law firm did not care about ourselves and our vehicle. This just took place on 11/18. I'm more than happy to speak with the owner of this firm to confirm what I'm saying.

This is my update and My sincere apologies to the Firm. There was a misunderstanding concerning the amount I would receive. I have since learned that the oringal amount was to be in 2 parts. So I have since been made whole . Even after the negative rewire I posted Season call and she was very nice..and Professional...so yes I would use them ....Again.....

They were terrible lawyers, don't trust them with any case. I had to settle with a low-ball offer because the lawyer didn't want to move forward. Now, it has been over a year and one of the medical bills that was suppose to be paid is unpaid. They said they would take care of it 3x already and I'm still getting letters about this unpaid bill from an accident that wasn't even my fault. A year and some months later and I have to figure this out on my own. I'm very disappointed, should've went to James Scott Farrin or anywhere else.

I was very pleased with the way my case was handled. I was in a pretty bad motorcycle accident. My initial attorney dropped the ball and I was afraid I was not going to get help in time. This is the WORST law firm on the history of all lawyers. The do all the tv commercials and on my days off I literally have counted 12 commercials in a single day. That's absolutely ridiculous. I manage a hotel and our 12 hotels maybe do a handful a month. To me this clearly shows a law firm in distress as why all the advertising. Very sad and especially reading the reviews from unsatisfied clients to have Season respond in such a matter that is so unprofessional in clients expressing their experiences with you. Very sad. Sadly I was hit by a semi truck and very hurt and after my original law firm wasn't able to proceed I contacted them and who answers the phone Season. She heard everything sent someone to my house and I signed on. NEVER did anyone move forward with my case the communication was horrible and this lady Season emailed me and terminated my case for no reason explaining why. Well guess what I went to a much smaller firm who actually treated me as a client not a ticket number like this firm does and just recently I settled my case for over six figures. Goes to show you DON'T CONTACT THIS FIRM NOT EVEN FOR A hello. Have some respect for your clients and stop with all the commercials.
