Marianna and her team made my home purchase seamless from the moment we made contact. There were points in my purchase that were extremely stressful and difficult (on the builder end); however, Marianna and her team handled the situation and brought us to closing on time. Marianna, was a welcomed delight to work with. She conducted the entire process for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. Fantastic experience with every closing!

Worst real estate attorney I ever dealt with. I've been in real estate for over 20 years. Marianna charged a large additional fee for 1031 exchange. We told her in writing upfront that we had different attorney to handle 1031 intermediary. She charged a large fee for service she did not perform which we discovered on the date of closing. She made numerous errors in docs, and she was slow to cooperate with all parties involved. She is NOT professional. I do not recommend her.
