I go to him for all my legal needs! He’s gotten me a PJC, a couple tickets reduced and one major one in Orange county when I was about to lose my license. The Judge dismissed the fine and court fees for that last major ticket in Hillsborough. His two assistants are also super sweet and amazing! They update you about your case(s) and are super helpful! As far as the 1 star Review someone left (Courtney). I believe she didn’t pay in time so therefore he had no choice but to continue her case. And she said they didn’t notify her she had to pay court fees. Not only does the office MAIL and EMAIL you of any court fees you have due, but so does the County. Not sure why she is quick to blame the office for the consequences of her own actions. It’s kind of made very clear you always have 40 days after your case to pay any court fees.

Great lawyer and reasonable on price

I am really disappointed in the outcome with this lawyer. I hired him to take care of a speeding ticket and he insured me that he would handle it by getting it dismissed. The problems began from the beginning and I should have been more aware of the red flags. He only charged me $200 for an 80 in a 65. I paid $100 at that meeting and told them they could debit my account for the other $100 on that Friday. I took almost 3 months for that to happen and the case kept getting continued. When they finally got their money and my case was hear he only got a reduction of 9 miles and I ended up getting points on my DL and my insurance went up . Then he failed to inform me that I had $250 in court cost and my DL were suspended and it will cost me $125 to have them reinstated. I could have done this myself and probably gotten a better outcome, with the reduction of speed and paid my court fees and saved $325.
I REALLY TRY TO SUPPORT OUR PEOPLE AND ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT WE CAN NOT BE PROUD OF THE SERVICES THEY DELIVER.

Mr. Fapojuwo worked very hard on my case, and it showed. I ended up with a voluntary dismal, the cop unsurprisingly had violated my 4th amendment rights, and a very salty DA. I would recommend this Attorney over any other. If I ever need an Attorney from this point out it will be without a doubt Mr. Fapojuwo. In this world of cops over stepping their bounds constantly, and a nearly rigged insider game inside our courts, its good to have a reliable Attorney to guide you through the process and Mr. Fapojuwo is that man.
