David Franklin handled my father's estate. The estate supposedly signed a piece of land over to my brother and myself, but David Franklin did not do the paperwork correctly and my sister still owns the land and he is refusing to to do the neccessary paperwork that he has already been paid for to make this right. I would not recommend this attorney for any estate planning as it is my opinion that he does not care for the inheritors.
