Wow! I am so thankful for Tom’s help! He is so knowledgeable but breaks it down in simply. I never realized how important it was to work with someone who is both a CPA and lawyer with our business. He has an amazing way of breaking things down to make sense and making us know we are covered. And he has definitely saved us both money and stress! I know with Tom on our side we are in great hands!

Waste of money. Poor communication. Does not remember facts, does not follow up plans with actions.

I met Mr. McCuiston a dozen years ago when he represented the other party in a dispute. We wrestled each other to a compromise that all involved could live with. This saved everyone a great deal of frustration and money. That is, it saved everyone money, except Mr. McCuiston and my attorney, the late Paul Creech. They were both willing -- driven, actually -- to get the best outcome for their clients, regardless of how it might reduce their billable hours. Tom and Paul are (were) among the finest legal professionals I've ever had the pleasure to have know (such as legal disputes allow). Highly recommended.

I'd give it negative stars, if possible. Attorney was horrible with follow and communication and his assistant Gretchen was rude, insensitive and ignorant. Save your time, money and sanity and go somewhere else!
