He has been an attorney of a good friend of mines. He's done NOTHING but give misinformation about court dates, offered NO DEFENSE for bail reduction, just over all frustration. His type of law IS NOT FOR DEFENDING NEGRO AMERICANS. Truthfully honest, his type of defense is prehistoric & he needs to retire, he's 70+ yrs old! He can't remember my friends previous court appearances, phone numbers, addresses, etc. Why these lawyers always want Black Men to plead guilty? It's become a question now if my friend civil rights are being violated. Ultimately, a civil rights attorney might be needed. This lawyer is absolutely useless. A complete waste of money & time. Meanwhile, he's home with his family, my friend is still incarcerated on a $750,000 bail in another state.

My ex took fake domestic violence papers out on me fairly recently.. Today Schmidly tried to trick me into signing a consent form.. I knew it was a trap and refused.. She tried to intimidate me by talking about her 10 years of schooling to get where she is today..

I wasnt impressed.. I watched Matlock when I was a kid so the intimidation techniques didn't work on me. I told her we were going to trial and she tried to scare me again by mentioning that she had text messages proving my guilt that I KNEW didnt exist lol.. They didnt exist because I never said what I was being accused of saying.. Because I was innocent.. She knew it.. My ex wife knew it.. Within a couple hours the judge was going to know it too..

My ex took the stand and I sat quietly smiling as they tried painting my ex wife as some victim.. It sounded horrible but I assured the audience everything was going to be OK by giving them a wink and thumbs up.. I put everyone in suspense at ease.. People were visibly worried about me in the audience.. I'm a good guy..

Before the trial I offered Schmidly one last chance to avoid the complete and utter humiliation I had planned for her.. I offered her a deal off the books.. Verbal/ written agreement outside of court.. She refused.. From that point was the beginning of her downfall. Back to the trial..

After Schmidly and my ex got done spewing their BS I calmly and methodically proceeded to school them both.. The judge was even impressed although he had to correct the way I worded my questions.. Once I caught on to the court language it was smooth sailing.. I exposed my ex as the psycho compulsive liar that she is.. For almost an hour I took Schmidly and my ex wife to school.. When it was her turn to question my ex, I sat politely and patiently waited my my turn.. When it was my turn Schmidly kept trying to object me and kept losing lol.. I broke my ex with my questioning.. I had her back pedaling.. I caught her in multiple lies.. I had facts.. The beating was so bad the judge didnt even want to see my physical evidence.. He heard enough..

I felt like Tom Cruise in there.. I was the King in that courtroom that day.. I humiliated a young, attractive professional attorney infront of everyone.. It was bad..

Schmidly if you read this and want to discuss your humiliating defeat over dinner or some coffee then hit me up... I am undefeated against you and my ex wife in the court of law and I destroyed you this morning.. I kept looking over and smiling.. I could see your frustration and desperation.. I can tell you exactly where you went wrong... Over dinner..

Bad experience..paid over $1600 and all I got was a letter sent to the person owing money... then a phone call from lawyer stating nothing else they can do. I would have to get another lawyer in another state and then the lawler left the practice alone with her assistant.
