Please do not use this law firm for real estate closing. I was the buyer and they told the seller to cash a check. They never spoke to me about why the seller had it in the first place. Seller cashed it, we never got to settlement agreement since there was an issue with septic tank. Since we didn't get a signed contract with seller, attorney would not get involved but his employee by the name of Ginger did give advice without having all parties present to confirm what the check was for. I have all supporting email communication to prove she made a mistake and confirmed she did but Attorney Daniel would not do a thing to help me. He stood saying he doesn't get involved with disagreements of settlements agreements. But his employee gave away $500.00 of my money since she told them to cash the check without us have an agreement of sale.
