It is unfortunate that I feel I have to write this negative review. This firm is handling the real estate closing for my 85 year old mother. The closing has been delayed twice now. The 1st time, less than 24 hours notice (which we wouldn't have even known about had my mother's realtor not gone to their office to check on final details), the 2nd time, literally sitting at the table ready to sign the papers. Clearly this attorney or her paralegal did not review the paperwork before we all gathered for the closing. Both delays were due to the seller's real estate agent, the seller's estate attorney and this office not communicating to each other about the date of closing and the selling price of the home. How is this even remotely possible as these are basic components of a closing. Add to the fact that not one of them has shown professional integrity in what they have put my mother through in this ordeal. My mother has incurred stress, additional rate lock fees with her lender and time and expense for her children to travel and take off of work to assist with this joke of a closing. Complaints will be filed with the BBB, the Bar and the Real Estate Commission.
