Mr. Hickman accepted my brother in laws money with no problem. When me hickman repeatedly hung up on my BIL I felt that was unprofessional but maybe his time to shine is in court. He certainly didn't shine when he was asked to privide documents or information. When court rolled around Mr. Hickman didnt even try to defend him. He said nothing when intergovernmental laws were trampled, laws that an intern would be familiar with. He generally not smart in his profession, he appears to not be liked in the courthouse THAT MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE in any case. He wasted our money and caused us to miss Christmas with the kids and thats worth a lot more than the money we wasted on this POS attorney. If you dont care to lose your kids or money give him a go.

The sorriest excuse for a lawyer I’ve ever seen. Do not waste your time or money on him. I’ve never met someone so unprofessional and disrespectful with little regard for others. Just keep on searching!

Don't waste your money. I grew up around the legal and political arenas. I personally have never seen such a pompous attorney. If you do hire him you'll pay thru the nose and receive, what I feel, is substandard representation. He'll, more than likely, expect you to do most of his work for him. Run from him not to him! You'd be better off with a recent law school grad who doesn't think he's Perry Mason!
