Really knowledgeable service staff they were able to give instruction and had what I needed .

They are not that great at fixing weedeaters. Every year I have to take it back, they blame it on the gas. Last year I used the premade gas the skinny guy recommended and guess what? its going back again for repair. They never call you to tell you its ready.

Bought a Stal weedeater last year, worst mistake. Its junk...I have had to have it fixed multiple times. They NEVER call you when its ready.

They're always very helpful and answer all my questions. They're pretty reasonable on their prices and stand by their work.

After an hr of explaining what I wanted and that I was ready to purchase, They Had what I wanted on the shelf in front of me and would not sell it to me!!! I even called ahead to ask if they had it available and they said yes! Unbelievable!!!! I purchased from them before with no problem. I’m a busy customer that doesn’t want to take a lot of time to make a simple purchase. No hissy fit here lol. Just a good customer lost for life. As evidenced by the reply They also have no respect for good customers.
