plan. Initially, I hired him to review the work of a previous lawyer.
David identified, and proceeded to correct, a critical error in an essential
state business filing.

David has consistently made himself available for consultation and has even

current accountant and electricians were found as a result of David's

Morgan and Perry are easy and pleasant to work with. They always go above and beyond for myself and my clients which are mostly government loans and not as straight forward as normal sometimes.
I have also used them for my LLC and legal documents for setting up my real estate firm and team. David, Nolan and Beth are top notch!

Used them as our closing attorney. They are NOT inexpensive. But we used them on the advice of our realtor. They incorrectly filled out and filed the deed. Had my wife not checked with the county 3 weeks later no one would have ever caught it. I understand people make mistakes, I do. But when I leave you FOUR voicemails over 3 days just asking to speak with someone with maybe an explanation, or a little advice as to how to proceed and NOT EVEN A RETURN CALL?! Absolutely inexcusable! It took them about a week to correct it. I had to babysit the county for the next two weeks to make sure it got posted correctly. Do not use them!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Exceptional, prompt service at a very reasonable cost. As a business owner and investor, I highly recommend working with them.
