I have used them for several closings. Awesome law firm to work with. Very responsive and they get things done in a timely manner. Their staff is very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future if needed.

Update: At the end after many emails Southern law paid me the incorrectly distributed city tax, so I give them two more stars. In my opinion they should have resolved their mistake quickly and immediately as they admitted it. Without me needing to urge them over and over for 3 months. Original review: I used them for property closing in Weaverville NC. They didn't investigate property taxes correctly and misdistributed money at the closing. I have a feeling they don't know what they are doing if they forget to include city tax in the closing calculation. OK, maybe it can happen, we all do mistakes. Once I found out about the city tax (early February) they admitted their mistake and corrected closing disclosure but didn't pay me back the money. They promised to pay it by 4/19. They didn't and I hear only excuses.
