I have to share this for anyone looking for a true appraisal...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... here is my story...I bought my home out of for closer in 3/2016. It appraised for $93,500.00 IT needed work...(1739 square foot) I paid $89,500.00 and went to work. A year later I refinanced with first Tennessee in Athens...(appraisal $187,500.00) made $40,000 worth of improvements...present day got an appraisal from this place they took off heated square footage of my home, 2 bathrooms and $31,500 IN EQUITY.....THAT'S RIGHT WITH JONNY JOHNSON APPRAISING MY HOME I LOST THOUSANDS IN 1 AND 5 MONTHS IN A SELLARS MARKET. WILL SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THAT HAPPENS!...OH,AND FOR ICING ON THE CAKE....I PAID $350 FOR THIS.
