They know mowers we'll miss him

Ordered and paid in advance for 2 gaskets for my Tecumseh engine. Sent me 1 with a hand written note saying "I only had 1, I'll refund you $1". So you want me to over pay for the cost of a gasket because ? If you only have 1 gasket then refund half the money not a $1.

Pam runs one of the best small engine shops I have ever seen. (And she won't gouge you on the price) Plus, she is really really knowledgeable.

They called & said my mower was repaired. I got there & the starter rope had been pulled (broken) . I left it there for further repair.

They had what i needed

Went into this little Shop today to have my lawnboy push mower looked at. I walked in and told the lady my mower is acting up and keeps bogging down, she said 75$ for the service, 35$ for a new blade. She then said your at 110$ before we even figure out what's wrong with it. All this was said before even laying eyes on the mower. What a joke. Go somewhere else.

Warranty repair was fast and properly done on my troybilt zt mower. They previously refurbished a chainsaw on short notice after a major ice storm. I say, give them your repeat business.

Gave this place 2 chances. Both times they went against our instructions to call before repairs and gouged us on prices when confronted. Then when we tried to reconcile the older lady yelled at us to load up and get out of their shop. Not ok.
