DO NOT use Sandra Magar! She disregards your requests and is extremely rude. She does not have her clients best interest at heart. You can tell she’s just trying to make her next dollar and move on to her next case as quickly as possible. She doesn’t like to stand before the Judge and fight for you; she’d rather talk you into agreeing with the opposing parties and get on to her next case. Even if the opposing parties requests are absolutely ridiculous. She rushes you, does not like family members to talk amongst themselves about crucial situations because she knows the family will not agree to the opposing parties requests. She will not fight for you or what’s fair. It’s really sad that someone is capable of taking your money with no fight in return. Sad, sad.

Should be a -5. My mom hired her almost a year ago, she has yet to do anything she was hired for. She has not answered any text, or emails or returned any calls. She is taking advantage of a 97 year old woman. She should be ashamed. We've asked for the balance of the money mom paid up front. I wont hold my breath mom gets any money back.

I love Sandra she is the best attorney i could ask for she talks to me she's very responsive when when we talk or text and she gets the in done no matter the time day or night she's more then my attorney she's my friend i would and do recommend her to anyone looking for a good attorney.

This lady is by far the worst lawyer I have ever had contact with. She lies about everything. She makes ridiculous requests. She is sneaky and will try to get you to agree to some absurdness while she tells you...if you agree to this crazy thing...we will agree to yada yada in return, but she never follows through. She will play you right up until the very end so if you are coming up against her, this is her M.O. She will pretend to be nice and communicative but in reality she is a deviant scorned woman so be prepared. She will try to get you to sign off on these agreements first and then she will have her client sign off on the agreement...DON'T FALL FOR THAT. She will never sign the agreement. She will write things up and file motions and not fully understand what she has written. Apparently she just won't agree with the interpretation of what SHE wrote. She got her law degree "late in life" so she is inexperienced and it shows. She gets emotional when in court and you never want a lawyer that can't hold it together so stay away from her. I think the most important thing is that she doesn't have 1 honest bone in her body so always be prepared for her to actually lie and encourage us (clients) to lie, even on the stand. Be prepared for a fight over stupid things that will drag on for months and months because Sandra doesn't show up to the court hearings. Sometimes she had double booked herself! I mean come on, you are supposed to be a lawyer and show up to court. Don't waste your money on this jaded old hag, you will regret it and you will probably lose custody of your kids, lose your house, lose your boat, lose anything you ever had because of her deceitfulness!
