I consulted Trevillion & Associates before I invested in real estate property. I didn't know what would be the best business structure to protect my investment. I spoke with another law firm they tried to convince me it can be a complicated process and would need better if they establish the LLC and requested my EIN#. I don't remember the exact cost but it was way too much. Jeff and his staff were very professional. He answered all of my questions and not in a manner that made me feel inferior to him. He advised me I could go to the OK Secretary of State website to establish the LLC and get EIN# from the IRS website.
