I would give 0 stars if possible. Mark Mitchell didn’t do anything for us, showed us no proof of any work he did, then said we had “misrepresented our address” for his excuse as to why he never sent us the supposed work he did. Because of all of this we didn’t have a chance to get a lawyer to represent us to prove nothing had ever been done to the court. Then when it was too late and we asked if we could pay out the over $2000, he literally said “I’m not willing to work with you. It’s not that much money anyway.” Stay far away from this thief.

How else can I describe a man (Gary Hammond) who is honest and well respected in his field? I knew the moment he walked into court that people respected and trusted him. He saved our company from a very bad situation and now we are on the road to paying everyone owed. I know first hand that he is unique. A different law firm was rude and made negative remarks to me about my situation and basically acted entitled. Gary Hammond was polite and professional. Please do yourself a favor and hire him. I was very uncomfortable with bankruptcy and wasn't sure how I would be treated, but Mitchell & Hammond always treated me with respect and understanding. I made a bunch of phone calls and sent a lot of emails, and they were always prompt with their response. Gary and Amanda have been very helpful throughout this process. They certainly are professionals at their position.
