Very unprofessional, unfair treatment with no regard to common courtesy or respect of one's safety by Mr. Parker, his PA Denise, and now his staff. I would never refer anyone to come here. They do not call back, and do not do what they are suppose to do or say they will do, only to leave you with "I will make it up to you and do this because of not doing that" and don't. They refused my request for my files and will not call me back. This whole experience has been morally wrong! I am so disappointed to know that I have lived, worked and paid taxes in a county that let people like this handle things for the child support office. And I have filed complaints with the state and will be contact the news about how they mishandled my case.

Mr. Mark Hale handled my father's estate as Guardian during his illness and did a phenomenal job keeping track of his finances for almost 2 years. Mr. Hale and staff are extremely conscientious, professional and courteous.

Mr. Hale spent a great deal of time explaining the guardianship process to me during this difficult time and always made time to converse with me by phone or email, always returning my correspondences promptly.
