Communication between the firm and client regarding a bill was nearly non-existent. The estimated cost of drafting a document was requested on several occasions, but a response was never provided. The firm eventually drafted the document and mailed a bill, which was unexpected (in cost). This is deceitful business practice and this law firm should be avoided.
