I just had a question of how to go about a issue. Rather it was something I should do myself or hire them to do. I was given good advice on the phone to point me in the right direction and was told to contact them if needed their services after that. Very helpful !

They did a great job winning my case. A first rate experience. Everyone was very patient and understanding. Brenda and Hollie were fantastic as well as Ms.Pickard. Mine wasn't an easy case but they went to bat for me.

Excellent lawyer but she dropped my case because she didn't think we could win. So I'm representing myself in the hearing because I know I can present my case. I'm unable to work. Period

I should of known something was wrong when I first meet with Rachel and her paralegal Christy. They where short and rude. But I hard good things from others about them so I went forward . Christy was very rude every time I called to see how things were going or to ask a question . Made me feel small . They never called me . I only seen Christy once and Rachel three times when I first met her couple days before trail and trail. Rude every time I was told they wouldn't take a case unless they could win . Well the whole time they made me feel like it's was a mistake .Instead of helping me . Rachel herself threw me under the bus several time during my hearing . Then blamed her falure on me. I absolutely do not recommend Rachel .

She was very nice

I had such a bad experience with Rachel pickard..for one I met her very briefly then the paregal did the initial meetung. For another she never acted like she was active with my case I had to keep calling them for updates. I provided them with all my medical records and they still acted put off like I did t have enough information on my medical to get disability, even After my dr wrote a letter substantiating I am disabled. The paralegal Jackie basically told me EVERYONE can get those letters from their Drs but it still maY not be enough for disability.. this office is not on top of things. Rachel pickard was recommended from another person, but I would never recommend her for representation!

We decided to try Rachel Pickard after hearing such great reviews from others dealing with disability cases as well as the numerous commercials and media. It may have been a good experience for some but most definitely not for us!
We set up an appointment filled out the initial information to prep for consultation.
Upon entering we were greeted and not even five minutes after arriving we hear
"I can't find anything under all this mess" That's not something one wants to hear
especially considering that "mess" was presumably someone's file. The paralegal came
off as very rude and rushed she continued to interrupt and would not let my
Dad be heard. She actually got up and walked out with him in mid sentence!
She continued to flip through paperwork we had brought repeating "I don't need this nor this" etc
Information on what is needed would have been nice prior to our visit!
When explaining his condition she attempted to lead him into exaggerating
his condition. Then says "Well you're not givin me much to go on" We were told to
get his files from Social Security we opted to pick them up instead of waiting on
mail because they stressed we were on a time frame. My Dad picked up and immediately
delivered these files on a Friday and was reassured that they would be looked over.
I received a phone call Wednesday afternoon reminded that we were on a strict time
schedule and that they desperately needed the files that were delivered the previous
Friday! When I explained that they already had them she laughed and explained
that she never even looked for them prior to calling! I was appalled and equally
disgusted at the whole experience. Very rude, and Very unprofessional we were far
from impressed! Just based off of initial impressions I suggest she hire a more polite and competent staff! ASAP! Because we never even met Mrs Pickard, her staff has seemed to forget that without clients there is no law firm!
