The entire staff has been extremely helpful in handling our estate planning and document preparation. Their process is very seamless, and they are very professional throughout the entire process.

Received very good advice during consult and concurred that I needed additional legal documents for my protection...
However, 1) was not sent draft documents before signing so I had to spend 2+ hours reviewing the documents in their office. ( I never sign anything without reading it first ) 2) No lawyer was available at the time of my signing in the office for any of my legal questions on what the wording meant, or its importance. 3) Was told that I could not leave with the documents to review at home even though I paid for them in advance. 4) Some of what I requested was missing from the original documents and had to have them reprinted.
Followup:
A few days later, I received a call from one of their lawyers and he made things right. They made sure all was done to my satisfaction and corrected all the above..
I must say, they do stand up behind their work, and did everything to make sure I was completely happy once they realized there were issues on how our case was handled.

I was most impressed at how quickly the process was, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I learned a lot of great information about wills, trust and planning for the future (and I knew a lot going in). The speed & accuracy of getting the documents completed and filed for my mom was impressive. I was also impressed at the electronic documents as well. Of course law services are not cheap but being prepared will save you money later.

Mary, Kelly and Carrie have been on top of every aspect of what we needed to do to preserve and protect our Mother and her limited assets, who is now a resident in an Alzheimer's care facility. Our family was not aware of the benefits Mom was eligible for through the Veterans. Having worked with McIntyre Elder Law in the past for benefits for my Dad during his illness, Greg and his team informed us that Mom was eligible for benefits after our Dad had passed away. Mom needs daily care to be able to stay in her home and that gets expensive. With her savings dwindling away, help was definitely needed. Through diligence and persistence, Greg and the McIntyre Elder Law team was able to secure the Veterans Aid for my Mom. The process was lengthy however, the Veterans benefit paid retroactive to the time of application. This will enable us to get Mom the wheelchair ramp she desperately needs.
