Let me start out by saying that my co workers were amazing, and how they do it is beyond me.
A typical day at work consisted of coming in at 6 in the morning, and sitting down for 9 hours doing the same thing over and over again, unless being told to do a job you were never trained for.
I learned how to sew on a couple of different machines, and how not to treat your employees.
The management was the worst part. We had about 5 different bosses, 1 nice out of the 5. The others were always budding heads to see which was the biggest boss. One time, I had a doctors appointment scheduled a month in advanced, I told my supervisor and she wrote it on her calendar. I came to her the day of my doctor's appointment and told her I would be leaving, and she tells me that she didn't know I had one, rolls her eyes at me, and walks away. I had told her a month in advanced, and she wrote it down. That explains how the management is perfectly. They don't tell anyone anything until the last minute. You can get layed off work for days and weeks at a time, you won't know until the day of. The most unorganized management team I've worked for in my entire life.
The workplace I would say is sub-par. Most of the sewing machines look like stone age tech. The entire place is FILLED with dust, you can tell no one has cleaned there in a very long time. I was going to get coffee one morning until I saw a literal swarm of gnats come out of the coffee pot. The bathrooms are never cleaned, the walls are horrendous. You'll be working on machines that constantly cause you problems that you WILL be blamed for.
The hardest part of the job is the stress on your mental health and the physical issues with your back. You will be slouching over the entire day, and either standing, or sitting for 9 hours.
The most enjoyable part is the breaks. You get a 10 minute break every 2 hours, then a 30 minute lunch.
I am disgusted with the management at the location in Gruetli-Laager. Over the past week I have had some health issues and on top of it highly contagious pink eye. So my Dr put me out of work for a few days so that I could recover 100 percent. I got told today not to come out since I have missed. I did not miss for no reason I can't afford to do that I am a single mom I don't miss work unless it's serious health stuff going on. I didn't really enjoy working there because she is so negative but it supported my daughter so I held my head high an went to work with a positive attitude to get me through a day for my daughters sake. I don't get how she cab legally fire someone when a Dr puts them out of work. I am trying to reach the cooperate office so I can reach out to her boss.

Uniform made by this company didn't even last for a month. right after the second wash the uniform started to fall apart. after every wash the uniform had more and more strings hanging off of it. It didn't even last 3 months before I discarded it.
