I was being sued for a voluntary repo, which the company breached the contract so I was right. I hired Christina because she said she could help us out. The original creditor offered to settled with me for 4K but I denied because they breached the contract and I was not wrong. I paid Christina over 1300 to get it started and she said she would take 300 a month out of that money every month as long as it continued even if we went to court. She explained I would never have to pay more than 50% of the money she saved me . She can up with a figure of almost 20k total and said no matter what I would not have to pay more than 10k . I was under the impression that at 300 a month the total would cost over 10k which was fine . WELL come to find out she charges the 50% fee no matter how long it takes. Everything only lasted a month and she sent them 1 or 2 letters and they found they didn’t have a case as I was right. So I’m thinking 1300 is a good days wages to write a couple letters. Now she is suing me for 11000 even though I already paid 1300. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone as it would have been explained correctly why in the world would I pay 12300 to get rid of a 4000 dollar debt. It doesn’t make any good business sense that anyone would get paid like this. Not having to do additional services but getting paid the full amount. Good thing most reputable companies don’t charge like this. Please please please do not use them for any of your needs as they aren’t here to help you at all.

They were clever about how they approached my case, even when it looked like it was going to end poorly, and it actually ended very positively. I feel that they were direct and honest throughout the process, and they warned me that it would include pauses of anxiety-inducing silence, which it did. I actually thought at one point that they had stopped working on the case altogether, but I was wrong. I also know they work very hard, because I would get e-mails at all hours, and if I had to drive there to drop anything off there was always a car there no matter what time. I would call on them again, and I would refer family and friends.
