Obviously knows his stuff. I was a little turned off when he asked for 30-40$ for the paper work we needed to file. I was told the consultation was free. I understand the business aspect, but didn’t sit well with me.

Many reasons why to not use this lawyer...
1. He never met with us before court after we had our first visit to hire him...
2. He didn't even know who my husband and I were on our court date, we were literally sitting behind him in the court room and he was calling my cell...
3. We weren't made aware of the Re-acclamation Letter we needed to sign so my car wouldn't be taken, my car was repossessed while I was at work..
4. We weren't made aware that we would receive little to none of our federal tax return.

I paid him $900 right off the bat and was made to feel very unimportant and not a priority... we had him completely paid off within 3 months of the bankruptcy date. I do not recommend this lawyer to anyone... at least I'm debt free I suppose... just hate that this put a sour taste in my mouth if I ever needed a bankruptcy lawyer again..
