My husband had his hand crushed at work we couldnt deal with the Segway insurance adjuster anymore so we looked into getting a Attorney. ( Should have looked more). To start we had a appointment with Eliott Yaffe he was th nicest guy you would ever want to meet. We felt really upbeat with him so we went with his firm. As soon as we sign and they sent a letter at the Adjuster my Husbands checks stopped that was the end of August and we did not get a check until January. We called the Attorney's office many, many, many times and kept dealing with the other guy not at Attorney. Asked whatt was going on with our case the answer was Always vague and he was very very rude. After we almost lost our car we were told about talking a loan with Green Bear. BIG MISTAKE! Well skipping to the end we finally go to court we are met by a Attorney we have never seen before. To add we were never told what to do. We were only told to be at court Day and time. getting 20,00 less than Eliott predicted we only cleared 7,000. Never heard anything from them until a month later received the standard Thank you card... Maybe it was my Husband's hand was not a money maker for them. Wish we had gone to someone else.
