bought 2 sprinkler system solenoids that were assured to fit my system. When I got home to install them they did not fit. When I went back to exchange them they would do nothing as it was an electrical component. When I explained that I brought in the old one to match and this is what the sales person sold me, the manager told me there was nothing that could be done. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE!

Recently my husband of 39 years passed away. I have had to learn how to fix my sprinklers on my own. I made approximately six trips to Just Sprinklers in Rio Rancho; every time I went into the store, everyone was so very helpful. They made sure I was comfortable on what and how I needed to do to fix my irrigation. Thank you to everyone at Just Sprinklers!!

The pool division at Just Sprinklers in Rio Rancho on Hwy 528 is top notch! They're so knowledgeable, provide accurate advice, can test your water and tell you what to adjust, and teach you how to do repairs for the pump system. They are our go-to place for pool supplies and service questions.

I needed help trying to connect a timer to my sprinklers and without having more than a couple of pictures, the guy helping me was able to walk me through each step that was needed in order to successfully install the timer. I followed the steps and it worked like a charm! Just Sprinklers is always me go-to spot for yard projects.

The Rio Rancho locations advertises stone for 18cents abound but always minimum selection on the size of stone., broken pieces 4 " × 4" is the size. I called ahead and spoke to the manager to ensure they had the rocks in stock. Said yes, but if only one pallet she would open another pallet. I wanted to buy 800lbs. When I arrived, the same pallets of broken small pieces was on the lot. When I asked of another pallet could be opened, the manager said no. Her reason was there were already two pallets open. It seems to escape her the product being sold is not what is needed for projects. If you want to do stepping stones with 4 X 4 pieces go here. If not, I strongly recommend trying another business who Carrie's stones.

Terrible communication. I contacted the company through their website, asking someone to contact me about scheduling. No call. 2 weeks later I finally called and got on their schedule. I recieved a phone call 2 hours before our set appointment, saying that they were already at the house, and I would have to come meet them or reschedule. I called the office to ask about it, and was just met with a cheery "Oh, sorry about that." Full stop. No offer to have someone actually keep our appointment, no attempt to reschedule. They clearly don't need the business.

I am very pleased with the Just Sprinklers in Rio Rancho . I go there a lot to purchase chemicals for my hot tub there and have also bought a lot of landscaping and gardening items there . Leilani has always been great to get help when I need help to get the right items and is very knowledgable . She has a great personality and makes shopping there a great experience . Thank you Leilani for all the help and I hope more people go to the Rio Rancho store . It is a great place to shop at .

I needed help with our sprinkler system controller. Irrigation Technician, John Hoffman answered the call today. After a short time, he was able to trouble shoot the problem and explain the issue. He was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He repaired it quickly. I was very impressed with him as well, as all of the employess at the Rio Rancho location.

I went into the Just Sprinklers store in Rio Rancho to inquire about someone to fix a problem with my drip system and to buy sprayer drip heads. The first thing I did was look at the artificial grass. Eric came over right away and explained all about the grass products they sell. After that he took me right to the drip supplies, made sure he understood what I wanted and handed me the pieces I needed. He gave me a business card and marked where to call for service on my drip system. Eric was very helpful and friendly and made my shopping experience very easy and pleasurable. Thank you Eric!!

Leilani is so Rockin Awesome! I bought my dog turf from her and I am extremely happy with it. I just walked in here today and had questions about my pond install and had no idea what I needed or exactly how to start.

I came in looking for a nice waterfall kit for my backyard as a finishing touch to the grass and scenery already in my backyard. Leilani (the manager of the store) was so much help with helping me find the perfect kit. She explained everything to me that I needed to know for placing a waterfall/pond in my backyard. I now have a beautiful corner in my backyard with a waterfall and pond thanks to Leilani. I definitely plan on coming back to this store in the future!
