NEVER COMMING AGAIN! I BEEN TRYING TO GET A SIMPLE CLAIM OF A CAR ACCIDENT WHEN THEY HIT ME! BUT NOPE! BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS FOR 1yr GOING ON TWO YEARS AND THEY LAG SO MUCH! FIRST OF ALL I GIVE THEM ALL MY PAPER WORK AND WHEN I CALL THEY ALWAYS ASK ME THE SAME QUESTIONS LIKE IF THEY DONT KNOW AND LOST MY PAPER WORK! I HAD TO GET MY OWN MEDICAL RECORDS NOT LIKE OTHER LAWYERS THEY DO EVERYTHING FOR YOU! I HAD TO ACTUALLY CALL MY OWN CHIROPRACTOR TO SEE IF THEY GOT MY LAWYERS PAPER WORK AND THEY HAVENT SO I PERSONLY HAD TO PUT IN WORK AND CALL BACK THE LAWYER AND TELL THEM TO RESEND IT AND ILL CALL THE CHIROPRACTOR AGAIN ,IF IT WASNT FOR ME ,THEY BE WAITING FOREVER TO GET MY RECORDS FROM THEM! TOOK ABOUT 5 or 6 MONTHS TO GET SIMPLE RECORDS KUZ THEY WERE WAITING FOR CHIROPRACTOR TO SEND IT BACK WHICH THEY NEVER GOT IT, THEY COULDOVE SIMPLY CALLED THEM AND CHECK! Anyways let’s go on! SO NOW I GOT MY SETTLE MENT AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THERE IS HIDDEN FEES EXTRA CHARGES THAT THEY DONT TELL U ABOUT AND WHEN I TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME COPIES OF THAT PAPER WORK THAT SAYS THAT THERE WAS EXTRA CHARGES, THEY TOLD ME THEY CANT GIVE IT TO ME KUZ THE LAWYERS HADNT SIGHNED IT..... SO THAT MEANS THAT THEY WILL TELL U THESE HIDDEN CHARGES AFTER EVERYTHING LMFAOO!! The front reception gave attitude also! WHEN I ASK THEM TO TELL CRAIG JOGHNSON THE ATTY TO CALL ME BACK THEY NEVER DO!! THEY NEVER CALL BACK YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM ALWAYS! They always sound like they don’t know nothing! CRAIG JOGHNSON IS NEVER THERE TO TALK TO IN PERSON!! I PERSONALLY HAVENT EVEN MET HIM YET! Why have people work for you if they don’t even know what to tell u or at least give you a estimate of how much I’m getting back! Anyways... I regret comming here! I would probly got more settlement without them kuz there are hidden fees you have to pay I guess!! Never again will I come here ever! THEY SCREWED ME UP AND IM MOST LIKELY GETTING LESS THAN I WAS GETTING FROM THE OTHER GUYS INSURANCE DO TO THE ATYY CUT AND HIDDEN FEES THEY DIDNT TELL ME ABOUT! Basically I lost in my head!!! WAITED ALL THIS TIME TO GET LESS OR SAME AMOUNT I WAS GETTING. ANYWAYS WITHOUT ATTY wish I can give less than 1 star

It's simple, we will never come here again. They are not doing anything at all. They are taking so long and lying about what's going on. Now they are trying to charge fees that we did not know about. This is not a lie. Is the truth, so before you come here. Just try to think about it. I wish I can give less than one star. No one ever calls back and girl in front office seems lost all the time. For sure we got screwed and we will be taking a loss.

We've had our claim filed through this attorney going on two and a half years now with absolutely zero progress. This attorney's office staff routinely lies to us. Despite giving them power to obtain medical records, they do not obtain them, then ask us to get them ourselves even though we've already provided everything we have. Then they lost everything that we provided to them. As the deadline to file approached, I had to call them over and over and over again to ensure that they actually pursue this most slam dunk claim. The receptionist blows us off. The paralegal processing our paperwork and "obtaining records" blows off our case, loses paperwork, then lies to us that everything is fine. They do not answer the phone. They do not return phone calls. I finally was able to speak with the staff member handling our case and she assured me that she would provide me with a copy of the filed suit - that she would mail this to me. But, like every other time, she/they did not follow through. Now we feel compelled to pursue legal action against this law office because we have no other recourse. Avoid like the plague. They lie and make all kinds of promises, but they do not deliver - even for the most simple case.
