Failed to return call or comment once they found that the bail was a cash bail. Poor business practice to just leave a potential client hanging with no further communication or explanation. Would not recommend or use for future bussiness!

These guys are great, they answer the phone and truly care about their clients. I had an issue with a family member whose attorney told them they didn't have to appear in court. The attorney didn't show up and there was a warrant put out for arrest. The guys at Holmes took care of the issue on a weekend!! I highly recommend their services. Good people!!

Horrible experience.

I had no clue on what to do about getting a bond. I called requesting information on how to get a bond and got the worst service. I specifically said I've never had to get a bond for someone before and had no idea how it worked and asked if he could help explain the process and the man who answered had an extremely rude tone and said “so what is your question” and when I repeated myself he asked for the information on the person and said “I wont be able to help” without any clarification and hung up.

Apparently they only help people who have experience with bonding people out, unhelpful and unkind. Please choose Fayetteville Bail Bonds instead!

The incident was unfortunate and could have not come at the worst time. The charge was eight years old. To my surprise and quite frankly disappointed that the bail bonding agencies in our area did not bother to help.

But, thanks to Noelle at Holmes Bail Bonding in Fayetteville, NC we were taken care of promptly, professionally, and discreetly. I have nothing but rave reviews for this outstanding company.
