I have used Julie Glenn as my closing attorney for the past 4 years of my Real Estate career. She handles my commercial and residential sales. Julie's patience, willingness to explain every scenario and always willing to take my calls about different questions I may have. By far my favorite attorney in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. Also, the person below that said that their building is dated and horrid is wrong, they just had the whole building completely renovated about a year ago.

very old building. elevators not working. entire place needs renovation. not thrilled with Julie's services. She rushed through our closing and I believe even provided inaccurate information to me. Perhaps this was an honest oversight on her part since she was rushing through the closing process. But if you are looking for a positive closing experience where everything is not rushed, I might suggest going elsewhere as I can only share my own personal experience. I did not select these offices for my closing; however, there are many options when looking for legal services and I personally will never return to this office.

Love Julie Glenn, very fun and friendly lady, her professionalism and eye for detail are amazing. Not to mention the speed of the transaction. I highly recommend anyone closing on their home to choose Purser & Glenn as their Real Estate Attorney.
