I don't even know where to start about how horrible this judge and system is! I have a 14 year old son who was an "A" " B" student when I let him go live with his mom and her husband after they finally found a place to live. Upon moving back, he's now in a household where they fight and he gets in the middle, she tells him that she has nobody to help her and that he is all she has in life(symptoms of Munchausen by proxy). She gets him to a school late 19 times while they actually live 1.7 miles away, secretly puts him in therapy without me knowing all this is going on, lives in poverty stricken conditions, and now is an all "F" student! I try to get my son back and this chick who obviously suffers from Munchausen by proxy calls the police and pulls out a custody order from 10 years ago made up when I didn't even live here. Long story short, after being told by not 1, but 2 attorneys that I didn't need them with the facts that I have, I went to court with all my evidence and NOT bashing her but stating facts, this BLACK lady judge decides that because I'm upset about what's going on, that I need anger management and only need to be a father to my son 4 days out of the month! Yes...4 days a month! Any and everybody that knows me knows that I have raised my son since birth! Has had a business for 15 years here in Charlotte and has done more than provide for my son! This system aides and abedds these worthless women, which is why our black sons have little to no futures. Another reason why so much domestic violence goes on down here to make this place 11th in the country for that statistic. Not that I condone domestic violence in any way! Let's get that straight, I'm just stating facts once again. Judges like this help these women to play victim and keep our young black boys locked up in the system. I'm not saying all women are like her because I know of plenty single mothers who have done a spectacular job with their kids despite having a deadbeat. Judges like this should be ashamed and even more so being a person of color in this country! I say all this and put my life on front street because this needs to be talked about because it's becoming a sad epidemic in this country. Sad part is that I even voted for this judge last year. Ironic
