I haven’t used her firm personally but I know people who have had extremely good results! She’s extremely friendly, honest, and accountable!

Wonderful person..Listens very well...makes you feel very comfortable with the situation at hand and fixes the problem.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of having Ms. Shifflet as my attorney. Ms. Shifflet represented me in a reckless driving case. She was the only attorney available through my Hyatt Legal Plan to handle my type of case, and b/c this was no cost to me I said my prayers and allowed her to take my case. I basically was advised to research my own case. I was told to watch videos of statements provided by the RHPD numerous times and make notes. I was asked to read the transcript provided by the insurance company and take notes. I guess you could say I was basically told to investigate my own case. The day before trial I was told to print color copies of photos of my car, the other drivers car and the power point I created showing what happened, b/c her colored printer wasnt printing correctly. When I advised I only had access to my work computer and couldn't print all the requested documents, I was told to go to Walmart or somewhere to print them..The day of court Mrs.Shiflett asked the witnesses questions that had nothing to do with the case at all, but b/c I wanted to see where she was going with the questions I gave her the benefit of doubt. However, things only got worst, before going to court we were aware the lady I was accused of hitting gave one statement to the police and another to the insurance company, yet when I asked Ms. Shifflet about presenting that fact she stated that b/c the statement was given to the insurance company and not them she couldn't use it (what was the point of providing it to me and having me make notes of it couldn't be used?) Then when the main witness that supposedly seen everything gave a different description of where each car was located on the witness stand than what he originally stated in his statement to the police she did not object or show proof of this even though the his statement was in the video that had been entered into evidence by the prosecution. She stated that she didn't want them to see the entire video b/c their could be incriminating evidence against me on it. I watched both videos for hours as I was instructed and there was nothing on those videos that were incriminating. Ms. Shifflet simply did not do her research and did not watch the videos as she instructed me to do, and as a result provided the worst defense ever!! UPDATE!! I just read Sarah Shifletts response to my post, and wanted to advise that Sam Mitchell is not my real name it's my email account name. My real name is Sequinthia Mitchell, and yes, I was an actual client of Attorney Shiflett. Nothing I posted was fake, bullying or a lie. I posted facts. We all have free will, and it is your ultimate decision on who you choose to represent you, however, if I had been lucky enough to have someone give me this information prior to allowing Sarah to represent me I would have never chose her for the job. My 18 yr old daughter even made a joke that I would have been better off representing myself....

My parents had the unfortunate experience of working with Ms. Shiflett for a home closing. The incompetence of this firm’s team delayed the closing of the home they were selling repeatedly, which in turn pushed the closing on the home they were purchasing over and over again. Worse, Ms. Shiflett was the epitome of unprofessional and rude and had the nerve to “forbid” them from calling her office for updates. I would give zero stars if this was an option!

I would definitely not recommend sarah shiflett. She is rude,talks down to here potential client,and just plain not professional!! I felt like i was being talked to like a criminal at the consultation for a land home deal where i was buying and then she changed the quotes price to do the paperwork. I honestly wouldn't give one star!!
