I had no experience with having to use a lawyer other than divorce. Dealing with an auto accident can be stressful and cause a lot of anxiety. I felt all of the above. From the minute I had my accident Ms. Taylor dived right in and began to handle my case. Im sure this place does stuff right or they wouldn't be around as long as they have, I just didnt have a good experience, was just getting ownership of a deed transfered over which would take other places maybe a day to 3 days tops, took this place almost a month. They never returned calls even when I would leave a message, and they always had an excuse that usually was my fault why it took so long instead of just taking responsibility for their poor service, Im sure they do other stuff good, i just personally had a bad experience and will use someone else for this type of service in the future.

Quality care. Knowledgeable staff. But be prepared to wait for at least an hour
