Rude staff. I paid $987.08 and would like to know where did it go and what it was for because my hospital did not have any records of them turning in the collections to the hospital. I called to ask and not only that she didn’t give me the answers but she practically yelled at me and keep on saying she is so confused. So now I just paid almost $1000 and I don’t know where did it go… Highly unprofessional

I've been going to this restaurant for about 20 yrs. I really enjoyed the food and employees. Now with the new owners they are trying really hard. There are a lot of changes. All seems to be OK. Still a pleasent place to eat your meal with a slightly different menu. I recommend !!

Great people and good attorneys. Kevin goes out of his way to help. If you have a problem with an attorney that handles collections don't let your account go to collections pay it!

Typical bottom dragging debt collector but the lady was really nice and was able to get my daughters bill settled for less money. The one star is due to them being a bottom dragging debt collector.

Absolutely AWFUL company used by the so called Christian Deland Hospital , think that hospital needs to read the bible as seem to remember Jesus getting angry at money collectors . We owe them nothing yet they sent us to collections .This so called collection company are like thugs as well as Deland Hospital ,they should be very very ashamed !!!!!!! They need to take down all the spiritual pictures they have up in the hospital as they are probably a nasty corporation who only think of money . Disgusting !!!!

I completely agree with the post about the rude reps. I was just trying to figure out how they got my phone number and who they represent and she acted as if I was responsible for giving my personal information before I could get verification of their information

They are rude and call and make you verify your personal information . When you try to figure out what it's about they continue to try to get your date of birth and address. Very rude....

These and all Law firms who try to collect a debt, are actually worse than ANY ambulance chaser. They use tactics that most boiler room sales do, and they are really just another debt collection agency, with some lawyer who can't make it a court room, let them use his/her sheep skin on the wall, to pay back their student loans....SHAMEFUL
