One great service they do that not many people may know about is the "When You Become 18..." booklet, that is given to high school students and prepares them for all the legal changes and what they become responsible for when they turn 18.
To the staff at the Chattanooga Bar - Thanks for your hard work!
We disputed fees from a local attorney, (Mary Sullivan Moore,) which this attorney literally perjured herself in front of this panel, and on multiple occasions was caught lying about fees and time spent, and in the "award letter" they found her contract in breach, yet that she was still owed an additional sum of money on top of the large retainer already paid. This attorney in 6 months filed 1 document incorrectly with the court, and somehow walked away with $4500.
In my opinion, the CBA is nothing more than a biased committee to help further supplement the horrendous attorneys Chattanooga is known for.
Worst part? Their "award" letter cannot be appealed.
Avoid them as much as you would attorney's like Mary Sullivan Moore.
