I called Friday, late afternoon for a warranty deed and I did not even know the name of the trustee. Mr. McDonald created the deed right then and told me to call Monday with the trustee name. I called late Monday afternoon and told him I was in a bind and needed the deed quickly because the signer was leaving town for an indeterminate amount of time. He finalized the deed right then and emailed a copy so that I could get it to the trustee in time to get it notarized. That is service. I have used 2 other real estate attorneys in the Memphis area in the past couple of years and they do not respond to calls and emails and they take a week to do a deed. They do not hold a candle to Mr. McDonald.
