Not only does this firm lack the skills to communicate they lack the skills to fight for your rights. This man does not care about the people of Memphis! He didnt even have 3000 to cover the horrible settlement he got me, So he post dated the check. I also ended up paying ALL OF MY BILLS out of my own pocket. I WAS REAR ENDED. Trust me this is NOT THE FIRM for any P.O.C even if you are in the right. He will treat you like you are wrong. He argued more with me than the insurance company. This ain't it chief!

Mr. Mogy did not do good job handling my case at all. Would not return my calls, and finally sent me a letter stating he could not help me after 9 months of stringing me along. I talked to his receptionists and most of them never knew if he was evening coming into the office. He has an office but seems to never be in it. Does not return messages marked urgent. I was wondering at one point was I scammed and was he really a lawyer. Please use another lawyer!

A man run a stop sign and hit my wife totaling our 2 month old car with only 1400mi on it. That afternoon the phone started ringing with people wanting us to come to their clinics to be examined. I was very skeptical of all these people but I did want my wife to be checked out. We gave it a shot. The clinic helped her with some of the soreness and introduced her to a legal aid from Mogy Law Firm. My wife just wanted it all to end and be over with. She was willing to to suffer the loss of our $10,000 down payment and break even on our medical. But Mogy came through. We got a surprise phone call 4 months later telling us that we were receiving a check and it would make us just about break even (not including my wife's incurable emotional trauma). Excellent news! Now we can afford to put it down payment on a another car for my wife. She deserves it. Thank you Mogy! I'm sorry I doubted you!

Eric Mogy refused to return my calls for two weeks. I was in immense amounts of pain and needed to get set up with a physical therapist immediately. He lied to me about a couple things and decided to drop my case and take no further action. He could have let me know immediately instead of dodging my calls and sending me to voice mail.
Left me hanging and I will never forget that. Then he hung up on me and lied about that as well. Eric Mogy is a liar and a cheat. Total piece of ****. Wish I could spit in his face.
