Great place to work

Accounting CS product is expensive but capable. However, the customer service is even more EXPENSIVE and totally lacking. Be prepared to pay $100 a pop for "customer service" to not helpfully tell you to try self help to solve your problems.

This is a software support location and training center. Employees and clients use the facility, but it isn't open to the general public.
