Mr. Velasquez still has retainer money due to me for a case that has been closed for years and there is no way to contact him. As far as his services, I would of did a better job representing myself.

Reported Velasquez to the Disciplinary Board of New Mexico in 2014 regarding four ethics violations. He has several of the same complaints on attorney rating websites. Check for yourself.

I have no idea how the NM Bar can allow people like this to stay active.
