Be careful as I believe Michael is retired in place. I have been divorced before and so have some experience with which to set expectations. During my first divorce, my attorney was very helpful making suggestions, discussing what is considered fair, discussing what biases the judge had and how that could impact our case if we went to court. Warnings when he thought I was being overly generous. While divorce is a terrible experience, my attorney was very helpful and i walked away feeling that we reached a fair settlement. I selected Michael because he had won some cases in court that were on point for my issues. Mistake. Michael refused to give me any advice. He refused to tell me what he thought the opposing counsel would argue. He refused to discuss what the judges biases were.....on and on and on. Michael never actually refused, he would just deflect the question and change the subject. Even when i would not let him deflect, he would give me a non-answer. I think Michael should go ahead and retire and not offer himself to the public as a practicing attorney. I got divorced but unhappy with the settlement. By the way Michael excells at writing useless letters to the opposing counsel.
