This firm has got some of the most impolite individuals working for them and it doesn't help that Bryan Thomason is just as ignorant. I understand its his job and the job of his employees to be aggressive and complete the job at hand but to be uncivil, insulting, inconsiderate and down right unprofessional is disgusting. There's absolutely nothing wrong with putting that tough act aside when dealing with civilians who don't have a criminal record or have judgments against them and its really ok to just be courteous. Wish I could say I had at least one positive thing to say about him and his staff but I don't and probably never will. Never again would I want to deal with Mr. Thomason and his distasteful employees. Oh and one more thing. Please inform your paralegal Joslyn that its very unprofessional to speak to someone on the phone while smacking away eating her lunch or chewing gum. That's disgusting to listen to!
