Court appointed attorney. Unable to reach by phone, never at satellite office, shows up to court around lunch, if at all. At one point, was told by clerk's office they'd been unable to reach him as well and recommended we file a complaint with the state BAR. Spent maybe 40 minutes (generous estimate!) with us and charged 12 hours! Court officials shared their disgust and negative opinion with us. We'd been better to borrow money to hire an attorney. It's appalling! He's a shark fed by the system! Anyone assigned to him, RUN and do whatever you have to do to hire an attorney or represent yourself... sickened by this man who is supposed to represent justice of the people.
