This place suck's! First of all they wait till it's too late to appeal my case now .Then they send me a letter saying I'm a drug addict and an alcoholic, who are they to say that about anyone? They don't know me! That's not right!! I wouldn't tell NOBODY about them .they suck.. now took my name off here lmao

Mr McChesney and his staff are great! I would recommend them to anyone who has a stroke and applies for disability. He did so much for my husband and fought long and hard for him. Won his case. And threw the entire progress they kept us informed on what was going on and what the next step would be. Thank you for everything!

I had a disabling condition but had been denied repeatedly even at my hearing. Mr. McChesney took my case and started gathering the proper documents necessary to get my case approved. When he presented everything before the judge that he had gathered in my case, she approved my disability and i received back pay for the years i had been denied. Trying to get ssdi is complicated. The professionals in this firm are experts in the field.

If it wasn't for the hard work of Mr. McChesney and his staff, I wouldn't have gotten my disability. For me, it wasn't an easy road but he was willing to continue to fight for me and it paid off. The worse law firm in Spartanburg SC they are lame and very untruthful and unprofessional. They do not I repeat do not care about the clients. Stay away, go with Cummings or somebody else if you don't you will be not only sorry but disappointed. FACT!

They were going to represent me on my SSI case but the secretary lied about When I had told her about my hearing date, so the attorney didn't have enough time to get my medical records and prepare...

I highly recommend this law firm. Mr. Mcchesney represented me during my social security hearing. His entire team is professional and courteous. They kept me abreast of the process every step of the way. I retained Mr. Mcchesney in January 2016 after being denied my benefits and he submitted my appeal which was denied in May. In June his team requested an administrative hearing which was held on September 1st. On September 21st, I was awarded Social Security with an effective date of July 28, 2014, the day after I resigned from my last job due to medical issues. I received top notch service.
