Mrs. Kathryn was my attorney on two occasions where I had to file sue against a major industrial cooperation. She won both of my cases. Her staff were very patient with me and answered all my calls. If a call was missed, they returned it asap. I was very satisfied with the service from Kathryn's staff and Kathryn her self.

Same here she had my case at time of her husbands election and didnt really take time for me i felt she just wanted to hurry and get me settled i think i should have went with another lawyer that had their mind in client not husband getting elected to office , ive talked to several others that feel same way

They had my workers comp case for 6 months, and they literally did not do one thing with it. Her paralegal Janna was confused and thought the Insurance company offered me a higher settlement, when I said I would accept it she stated that she was mistaken and the offer had not changed.

Kathryn's husband was running for Governor and I was told by her staff she was too busy with his campaign to take my phone calls or respond to my emails.

Dealing with her and her staff was akin to banging my head up against the wall. It was like pulling teeth to get her office to call or email opposing counsel.

It was such a waste of time, do not ever use them. Ever.
