As a Client, Rusty and Lindsey were able to work with me on my estate planning this week and in the same week, relieve me of a lot of stress! Rusty and Lindsey, as well as all of King's Law Office attorneys and staff are very professional, discreet, knowledgeable, accessible, as well as able and ready to help their clients achieve their goals no matter what type case it is.
As a Private Investigator in this state, I have observed how several of the King's law Office teams have performed for their clients as I have been connected to some cases through my profession. They listen to their clients, do their best for their clients and earn the client's trust. King Law's track record of winning cases is also very high. They work hard for you the client. They are worth every penny they charge, very reasonable, and do NOT charge ridiculous retainers as other attorneys do. I went through as many as 6 lawyers for my divorce several years ago, 2 Greenville attys and at least 4 Spartanburg good 'ole boys and they tell ya what you want to hear, take your money, then do the opposite of what they said they would do!
King's Law Offices are NOT like that!! There are VERY FEW Attorneys that I TRUST, and this firm is at the very TOP OF MY LIST!! In fact, I won't work for lawyers like the one's I had in my divorce case. I avoid them and warn others to avoid them!
Bottom line: If you want some of the best lawyers in North and South Carolina, go talk with Rusty Duncan and Lindsey Bright or find the nearest King's Law Office location nearest you. You probably won't be disappointed if you hire them unless you just can't be pleased, lol.

I have loved my experience here. I had a lot of awful things that have happened to me and I wanted to make a change and King Law was able to make that change a reality!

Extreamly expensive. Retained them for one week. They wrote a 250 word motion that was incorrect both times. I chose to find another attorney who would listen to me and treat my case individually, instead of following a set profile. This cost me $1030.00. Unless you can afford $1000.00 per week for substandard and impersonal representation, I would suggest going elsewhere for legal representation.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR DESIRING TO TALK TO ME. OF COURSE THERE WILL BE A $2500.00 RETAINER FEE. ALL THAT IS NOT USED OF THIS WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU. I'LL REMOVE $500.00 OF THAT FEE FOR GIVING YOU THE RIGHT TO SAY THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO TALK TO ME. i WILL DISCUSS WHAT 'IM GOING TO TALK TO YOU ABOUT WITH ONE OF MY COLLEGES. THAT WILL COST YOU $ 240.00.I'LL HAVE MY CHILD WRITE YOU A DISSERTATION FOR WHICH YOU'LL BE CHARGED $70.00. I WILL REVIEW IT AND YOU'LL BE CHARGED ANOTHER $240.00 FOR ME TO APPROVE IT. IT WILL BE WRONG OF COURSE AND YOU'LL NEED IT REDONE. OF COURSE YOU'LL PROBABLY BE UNHAPPY THAT YOU'VE ALREADY SPENT OVER $750.00 AND STILL HAVE NO REAL RESPONSE FROM ME. AT THAT POINT YOU'LL CANCEL OUR AGREEMENT AND I'LL FIND SOME WAY TO MILK ANOTHER $240.00 BEFORE I SEND YOU YOUR REFUND. THIS IS WHAT A CUSTOMER FEELS WHEN DEALING WITH THIS LAW FIRM. Here's something new. I just received my refund of $1120.00. $1380.00 was taken from me for doing absolutely nothing. BEWARE,BEWARE...This is a very dishonest law firm. There is no way they can justify that amount of money being earned in less than 10 days.
It's been 4 months since this review. I just made my last payment to repay the loan I took out to pay this lawyer's office for doing absolutely nothing.
I consider it an education.

I would not recommend this law firm unless your legal issue is “cut and dried” and you have negotiated a flat fee. I believe my lawyer, Rusty Duncan, handled my matter as best he could. Nonetheless, the billing and communication system at King Law is set up to maximize profits for its lawyers regardless of the substance or quality of the work being performed or the results obtained on behalf of the client.

My wife Mary Hunter paid 2500 hundred to get a matter settled with our land then come to find out only thing we had to do is called a surveil even though the land is in her name and the bank account is in her name so we are just wondering are we going to get some of the money back and the right thing to do instead of taking $2,500 was to say have you got a survey yet only thing I can say about that matter you reap what you sow and it has been changes to the land from 1998 2 2018it has been changed so we had to hire another attorney Michael F Talley senior to do the job correctly to the law Ashley Bagwell she would tell you something and when she get the money what she told you the first time what she's going to do it changed and it is a different story only thing I can say you reap what you sow and God said vengeance is his so I place this all in God's hands P.S if you are looking for a law firm is honest and true to their profession this is not the one.p.s we know about them two surveys. 1998 and we know the reason why. And Kings Law Firm does not honor their contract and they are helping the people we asked to move their home that is why we fired Ashley. And I am a child of God in my life is hitting behind Jesus Christ I do not hate anyone I do not have time for that

I would be more than willing to recommend Ashley and King Law to anyone who needs legal help! Ashley was kind, prompt and professional. I could not have done without her help!

Ashley Bagwell assisted me with my estate planning and did an exceptional job. She is knowledgeable and approachable. So very nice to work with.

Not recommended.. This has been the worst experience for family law.. Ashely has charged me $6000.00 for processing my divorce and nothing has happened. I don’t have a court date it’s been 1 year since my separation and I continue to receive bills weekly from this law firm. I try to reach out to her to find out what these charges are for and all I get is the run around.and unable to talk to anyone. They are unprofessional and unhelpful. These people are highway robbery. You are better off filing your own dispute.. She told me she wouldn’t nickel and dime me but that’s exactly what’s she’s done.. weeks would go by with no results or communication for me but would billme hundred dollars for 2 minutes of a voice mail from me asking status.and not even give me status.. I have been left in the dark with no answers and a huge bill.

They will nickel and dime you everytime they talk to someone about your Case for example my brother had me run a paper to them because he wasn't able to get it turned in and they billed him $20 for greeting me don't go here unless you want to pay for every paper clip they use during the case ( in response to your response why would he talk to you again so you can charge him something else) I guess they have had some friends post on here to make them look better but they won't even know where you work they just want money money and more money he has given them over 4k and they haven't done a dang thing
