Super friendly and down to earth

This place is awesome!! I was in such a bind, needed to file, couldnt afford it,, i couldnt even turn my ringer on without 1000s of bill collecters calling me all day. I go here, they set up pymts for me, took all my worries away, Now that i went here, no more calls !! I can actually use my phone again. Honestly I don't know where to start with this review. From the time I walked in the door this law firm has went above and beyond to take care of me. Over the past 4 years I have had to ask for help with my case and they were always ready and willing to do whatever to help me.
Teresa, Is the absolute best at taking care of me from the very start and many times I've called her about legal issues and she has helped me. I consider her a friend that without her help and guidance I would have been lost as last years Easter egg.

This law firm is full of great people. Every interaction has been completely delightful. The moment you walk in you feel welcome. Teresa is very helpful and understanding. My wife and I actually forgot to pay the down payment. It wasn't a call saying all the usual bring it now or else. We got a call telling us about it apologized and had a bit of a laugh about it. The next morning I stopped to pay them and still, even under stress of moving, absolutely pleasant. If anyone is in need of this office I would highly recommend them. Everyone in the office from the front desk all the way to Mr. Ramsey will talk to you like you are a person. This office will also work with you better than any other law office i have seen. My only "complaint" is that all law offices aren't more like this one.

Today i had the worst experience with Teresa .... it took her two days to respond to my call ... i had to call her back ... Teresa didn't listen to what I was trying to tell her about my case. She called me a liar . my response was you're not listening to what I have to say an she hung up the phone .... i called back and the receptionist was very helpful. Afterwards I was able to speak with Teresa an we be resolved the problem but all she had to do was hear me out ... I dont recommend this law firm . My attorney retired and transferred my case to them. Maybe that's why they treated me the way they did... not one time did they call me I had to call them and get update on my case....
