Unprofessional. We paid for a lease agreement and Q & A time regarding GA real estate law. The lease agreement was poorly written and contained another client’s information. It was missing key components such as the lead based paint section. I was unable to attend the call but my business partner relayed that Joe continued to be unprofessional during the meeting appearing to be upset that he was asked to maintain the scheduled meeting time and resorting to belittling comments when it became apparent he did not understand the legal verbiage of the document he produced. I do not recommend anyone uses this law firm, although I do hope they conduct themselves better with others that have paid for their services.

Take your money elsewhere, i was takin to the cleaners by this non Christan. Never have I witnessed such a joke who has hurt children with no regard and only wants money. Men out there should go to Cordell & Cordell. My children still suffering from this firm.

Garbage place horrible service and willard himself is such a joke before i could explain my case he interrupted me 6 times to tell me that a catoosa cointy judge was not a judge and again before i could finish explaining my case willard says you let me know what you want done when you decide and hung up the phone he is trash and will never see a damn of my money dont waste time and money on the scum

Very professional and friendly staff.

I met with Joe to discuss an issue I had with a contractor. He gave bad advise, offered shady options and charged for preparing docs for all 3 courts (magistrate, state and superior) when we had already decided to start with magistrate court. When asked about his billing he refused to answer any questions and insisted he was right about everything. He is very difficult to work with and forgets that he gets paid to represent his clients, not bully them.

When my husband and I went to a consult the staff their was great. Ann took the time to really explain the process of bankruptcy to us and made sure we did not have any questions. While they would have made money and benefited from us filing bankruptcy, she showed us that we had other options and directed us on what we needed to do. I am so glad we spoke to her! I have recommended several families to them and will continue to do so.

Wonderful family and Law office. They are the best in town, trust worthy and very ethical when working with you.

I was a tenant of the Willards for 5 years!! I even really liked Kathy and yet instead of trying to work something out like decent human beings they took us to court and are now garnishing our already low income source. Even though I repeatedly tried to get in touch with them to work something out....AND they are charging us for repairs that were already at the house when we moved in. That's shady as crap. We did have some responsibility but no where near what they claimed... If they'll do that to tenants who rented from them for 5 years and tried to do the right thing then who knows how they treat other clients.

I'd give a 0 if I could. Dishonest crooks. Take your money and run!!!!

Good, solid legal advice is always given. Family business that feels like family when you are there.
