Went to him after the death of a loved one to discuss the Will. He was easy to get an appointment with, was prompt, and didn't charge for the initial consultation. I had to return with some paperwork I didn't have with me the first time, and he didn't charge for the return visit, either. He was honest, fair and very pleasant and easy to work with. I will definitely go back to him.
UPDATE: Since the prior review I learned why he was easy to get an appointment with! He missed a very basic detail that seriously impacted my ability to inherit the land willed to me. I took my legal papers to another law office who caught it right away, and we had to go to court to make everything right. I also discovered Mr Goeldner had advised my husband back around 2005 that he had NO legal recourse on a land deal gone bad and would not be able to get his money back. My husband handled the matter himself and was issued a full refund by the seller when my husband explained to the seller how he would expose his illegal dealings. Any competent attorney would have been able to do what my husband did. Mr Goeldner is a truly nice guy who should not be practicing law.
