Fast shipping and friendly employees

I came for my pick up Friday night after 9pm and was told shipping cut off is 9pm. I was told there is no Saturday shipping but can try my luck. Slept in the yard and following day, the supervisor approved my load and was loaded within 45minutes. God bless the staff over here, they were so kind.

This guys are slow and very unprofessional, It took them 5h to give me a dock, and 3 more hours to load me

place is extremely slow and apparently they dont realize we on electric logs, bring food because these people dont even have a vending machine, plan to take 10 hour break

This is gonna be long night,around 30 trucks in line waiting for door. As soon as you arrive go to shipping office and check in with trailer number,pu number and destination,then wait for them to call you. You can easily take 10hrs. If you dont have hours or you have an option to cancel load,my suggestion is to do so.

Finally done after 8 hours,loading done in 15 minutes but to get door you have to wait long.

ZERO STARS!! This is the worst place!! We arrived at 2:30, still in line @ 6pm. Trucks passing, went up to office for the 3rd time, lady fumbles through paperwork, oh yeah your load isn’t ready yet. Your cat liter can stay right where it’s at!! We are out of here!!

Terrible experience

Pick up load w 53 dry van. Was able to check in early and got a dock. Total time less than 2 hours. Staff friendly and helpful.

Slow loading, always heavy

Expect at least two hours to load or unload.

Nice place to get loaded, and pretty quick, friendly staff and plenty of parking if needed to get your break.
