Would be a wonderful place to work if the devil him self wasn't the director of customer service, shes an inconsiderate monster. So if you apply for customer service Rep I advise you to stay far away from this place!

This company is ridiculous!! They never call you back then dont pay your employees for over a month....but say it's your fault when they have not contacted us in over a year definitely an ZERO STARS

very rude I've worked for them for 4 years they stolen I don't know how many thousands of dollars from me through Medicaid they need to be shut down

Don't return phone calls, constantly changing services offered, poor customer service, frequently mixing up information, left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing, slow to pay caregivers, non-user friendly systems
If 0 stars were an option I would absolutely select that.
